About Exhale Resilience
Exhale Resilience is a Wellness Company founded by Nicole Hodges, a certified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and personal trainer. While also working full time in a fast paced corporate setting, Nicole has learned to maintain balance in her life through movement and breath. Nicole offers yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, and stress management services that help individuals find a little more ease in the effort of day to day life. Nicole's online and in-person sessions are designed to assist clients in relieving anxiety and stress through movement and mindfulness practices. Exhale Resilience is home to all levels of practitioners. Each individual has their own, unique path to follow. Nicole reminds us that "Every Moment of Everyday is an opportunity to start fresh."
